King Intelligence LLC: AIOS (AI Operating System) and members.king-intelligence.com

Effective date: July 2, 2026 Last updated: July 2, 2026 Version 1.0

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how King Intelligence LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Ohio, with its principal place of business in Hartville, Ohio ("King Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the AIOS service and the members portal at https://members.king-intelligence.com (the "Service").

If you have any privacy question or request, contact us at jacob@king-intelligence.com.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and it works alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Where the Service is offered. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals in the United States. We do not target or market it to individuals in the EU, the UK, or the EEA. If you access it from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, you are responsible for local-law compliance, and you consent to your information being processed in the United States (see Section 12).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account and identity information. When you sign in with Google or with a one-time email code, we receive your name and email address. We do not receive or store your Google password. When you set up your account you may also give us your company or business name, and, if you choose, a separate booking email address where you want session invites sent.
  • Booking and calendar information. When you book a session or a live call, we collect the details needed to schedule it, such as your chosen time, the email where you want the invite sent, and any notes you provide.
  • Support and communications. If you email us or contact us for support, we keep those messages and any information in them.
  • Referral / payout information. If you join the referral program, our payment processor (Stripe, through Stripe Connect) collects the identity and bank information needed to pay you and to meet tax rules. See Section 5.

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address, and we use them solely to verify your identity and operate your account. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising and do not share it except as described in this Policy.

2.2 Billing information (handled by Stripe)

When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects and processes your payment card and billing details. King Intelligence LLC does not store your card details at all, not even the last four digits. Stripe stores them. We receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as your subscription status, plan, amounts paid, and renewal dates, so we can run your account.

2.3 Information we collect automatically as you use the Service

  • Product-usage and time-saved information from your plugin. The King Intelligence plugin runs on your own computer under your own account. As you use it, it sends us usage and progress information tied to your account so we can show you your impact and improve the Service. This includes estimated time saved in hours, the number of sessions and streaks, the names of the tools or skills you used, and milestones you reach. It does not send us the contents of your work, your files, or your prompts.
  • Plugin access credential. We issue your account a private access token that connects your local plugin to your account, to deliver updates and to record the usage above. We store it only in encrypted and hashed form, never in plain text.
  • Video access logs. When you watch a video in the library or classroom, we generate a short-lived, signed access link and may log that access (for example, which lesson, when) to serve the video and track your progress.
  • Session and device data. We collect basic technical information needed to run a secure logged-in website, such as a session/authentication cookie, and standard log data.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell your browsing behavior to advertisers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create and run your account and log you in.
  • Provide the Service: the portal, the plugin key, the video library and classroom, the live calls, and your support/working hours.
  • Process your payments, setup fee, renewals, plan changes, and cancellations (through Stripe).
  • Show you your usage and "time-saved" progress.
  • Run the referral program and pay commissions (through Stripe Connect), and meet related tax-reporting duties.
  • Send you service and transactional messages (for example login codes, receipts, booking confirmations, live-call reminders, and important account notices) through our email provider, Resend.
  • Provide support and respond to your requests.
  • Keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Improve and develop the Service.
  • Comply with the law and enforce our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal bases for processing

If you are in a location whose law requires a legal basis to process your information, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure, run, and improve it and to prevent fraud), your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Service providers and subprocessors we share data with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the Service, and only as needed. We do not sell it. The providers we use ("subprocessors") are:

SubprocessorWhat they do for usWhat they handle
StripePayments, subscriptions, and referral payouts (Stripe Connect)Your billing details and card data, subscription status, and, for referrers, identity and bank/payout information
Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services / AWS)Authentication and our databaseYour account identity (name, email), account records, usage data, and app data; hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States (AWS, US East)
VercelWebsite and app hostingServes the portal; processes requests and standard server/access logs
Cloudflare R2Private video storageStores the video library; serves videos to you through time-limited signed links
ResendTransactional email deliveryYour email address and the contents of service emails we send you (login codes, receipts, reminders, notices)
GoogleSign-in (OAuth)Verifies your identity at login and provides your name and email to us
Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.)Internal operational alerts to the business ownerMay receive limited account details, such as your email address, inside automated alerts (for example a billing-sync warning) so we can operate and fix your account. Not used for marketing and never sold.

Each provider processes your information under its own terms and privacy commitments and only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or others', or in connection with a business transfer (such as a sale of the business).

About AI tools and the plugin. The plugin runs on your own computer, under your own account with the AI provider you use with it (for example Anthropic's Claude). We do not send your work, files, or prompts to an AI provider through our servers, and we do not receive that content. What you enter into AI tools on your own machine is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not this one. Please do not enter sensitive or regulated information (for example health, financial-account, or government-ID data) into AI tools unless you have confirmed it is appropriate.

6. Cookies and session

We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Authentication and session cookies: keep you logged in as you move around the portal. Without them, the Service cannot work.
  • Referral cookie (`ref_code`): if you arrive through a referral link that carries a referral code, we store that code in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we can credit the member who referred you if you sign up. It holds only the referral code, builds no advertising or tracking profile, and is not shared with advertisers.

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep different kinds of information for different periods:

  • Account and profile data: for the life of your account and up to 60 days after you ask us to delete it.
  • Billing, tax, and referral or payout records (including 1099 records): up to 7 years, to meet IRS and state requirements.
  • Usage and video-access logs: up to 24 months.
  • Support messages: up to 24 months.

When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your account information as described in Section 9; some records (such as transaction and tax records) may be kept where the law requires.

8. How we protect your information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (the Service is served over HTTPS).
  • Hashed / tokenized access tokens rather than storing plain secrets where practical, so credentials are not kept in readable form.
  • Row-level security (RLS) in our database so that, as a rule, each member can only read their own records.
  • Access controls that limit who and what can reach member data, and separation of admin access at the data layer.
  • Reliance on established providers (Stripe, Supabase/AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare) that maintain their own security programs.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own login access secure.

9. Your privacy rights and how to use them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Export / receive a copy of your information in a portable form.
  • Opt out of certain uses, and withdraw consent where we relied on it.

To make any of these requests, email us at jacob@king-intelligence.com. We will verify your request (usually by confirming you control the account email) and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. U.S. state privacy rights

Some U.S. states give residents specific privacy rights. Whether or not any of these laws currently applies to us, we voluntarily offer every member the core rights in Section 9: to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of the personal information we hold, and to ask how we use it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories we collect and why are in Sections 2 and 3; the providers we share with are in Section 5. To exercise any right, email jacob@king-intelligence.com; you may use an authorized agent, subject to our verifying the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children's data

The Service is meant for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (and not from children under 13). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact jacob@king-intelligence.com and we will delete it.

12. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

13. Data breach notification

If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to address it, and notify affected users and any regulators as and when required by applicable law, without undue delay.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date and give reasonable notice (for example by email or a notice in the portal). Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
